Dental Surgery

Advanced surgical care for complex dental issues, done safely and gently. From extractions to implants, we ensure precision and fast recovery.

Tooth Extraction

Sometimes, saving a tooth isn’t possible — but protecting your overall oral health always is. Tooth extraction is a safe and gentle procedure we recommend only when a tooth is too damaged, infected, or impacted to be restored.

With local anesthesia, the area is completely numbed, so you’ll only feel slight pressure, not pain. Once the tooth is removed, we guide you with medications and care tips to ensure quick healing and comfort.

This also includes wisdom teeth (third molars), which often erupt crookedly, cause pain, or put pressure on neighboring teeth. In such cases, removing them prevents further problems and protects your healthy smile.

At ORR Dental Clinic, extractions are always the last resort — done with care, comfort, and your long-term oral health in mind.

Dental Implants

Missing a tooth doesn’t mean you have to miss out on smiling, eating, or feeling confident. Dental implants are the closest thing to getting your natural teeth back — strong, stable, and designed to last.

Unlike dentures or bridges, implants replace the tooth root as well, giving you a firm foundation for a crown, bridge, or even a full set of teeth. The procedure is simple and comfortable — with gentle care, a small titanium screw is placed in the jaw, and over time your bone naturally heals around it. Once ready, a custom-made tooth is fixed on top, blending seamlessly with your smile.

With dental implants, you can enjoy your favorite foods, speak with confidence, and smile without hesitation.

Gum Therapy

Healthy gums are the foundation of a healthy smile. When gums get infected (gingivitis) and are left untreated, the infection can spread deeper into the jawbone (periodontitis). Over time, the bone becomes too weak to support teeth, leading to looseness, shifting, and even tooth loss.

How do gum problems show up?

  • !
Red, swollen, or bleeding gums while brushing or eating
  • !
Pain, sensitivity, or an ‘itchy’ feeling in the teeth
  • !
    Plaque build-up and bad breath
  • !
Gums pulling away from the teeth, making them look longer
  • !
In advanced cases, loose teeth or gaps between teeth

Gum therapy helps stop the infection before it progresses, strengthens the support for your teeth, and restores gum health. With timely treatment, you can protect both your gums and your smile for the long run.

Laser Dentistry

At ORR Dental, your comfort always comes first — and that’s why we use the power of laser technology in dentistry.

Lasers are highly focused beams of light that make treatments faster, gentler, and far more comfortable than traditional methods. They allow us to work with precision while causing little to no bleeding, minimal discomfort, and quicker healing. For you, that means a stress-free dental experience.

Where can lasers help?
From wisdom tooth extractions to dental implants, flap surgeries, frenectomies, and crown lengthening, lasers make procedures smoother and easier.

What can you expect?
Just protective glasses, a touch of numbing solution, and then — a safe, painless procedure done with laser precision.

With laser dentistry, you get the care you need with less pain, faster healing, and greater comfort — so you can smile with confidence.

Frenectomy

A simple solution for better speech and comfort

The frenum (or frenulum) is a small fold of skin inside the mouth that connects the lips, cheeks, or tongue to the gums and jawbone. Normally, it allows smooth movement of the lips and tongue.

But when the frenum attaches too high — especially under the tongue — it causes a condition known as tongue-tie. This limits tongue movement, making it hard to extend beyond the lower teeth and may even affect speech.

A quick and gentle procedure called a frenectomy can release the frenum, restoring natural movement and improving comfort, function, and speech.

Crown Lengthening

Reveal more of your natural smile

Crown lengthening is a simple procedure done to increase the visible length of a tooth.

Sometimes, excess gum tissue covers too much of the teeth, creating what’s called a “gummy smile” — where teeth appear short even though they’re healthy and strong. In such cases, the extra gum is carefully reshaped in a scalloped pattern that follows the natural contour of your teeth.

The result? A balanced gum line, longer-looking teeth, and a more confident smile.
